Therapy is a living interaction and I draw upon psychodynamic principals to raise awareness about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.  My goal is to provide you with a safe and welcoming space where we can work together to help you make changes for the betterment of your relationships, career, and daily life. 

It can be difficult to take the initial step towards treatment.  I believe that finding a match with a therapist is very important to the therapeutic process and an initial meeting can be useful to determine if there is a good fit between us.
